• The compressed air and blasting medium are fed to the blasting gun via two separate tubes.
  
  
• The blasting medium is not sucked in from the sandblast system hopper but fed via a hopper screw and elevator to the blasting medium reservoir.
  
  
• The blasting medium drops into the blasting gun as a result of its specific weight and is then accelerated in the blasting jet by the compressed air feed.
  
  
• Uniform, impact-free blasting medium discharge from the blasting jet at low blasting pressure of, for example, less than 1 bar.
